Alondra has spent several years coaching at Winter Park and Elevate Volleyball Clubs, where she has gained experience with strong programs and built a reputation for developing student-athletes at a young age.
Since returning to Spring Hill, she has joined the Springstead High School volleyball coaching staff and helped lead the program achieve record defensive stats and serve-receive numbers. After the past 5 years on staff, she will step into the Head Coach role in 2026.
Off the court, Alondra is a mom who enjoys spending time with her daughter and family.

Andy is originally from Eustis, Florida, and a graduate of Webber International University, where she played both indoor and beach volleyball. She has coached club teams and high school programs across Polk, Pinellas, Sarasota, Manatee, and now Hernando County.

She previously served as Head Coach at Bradenton Christian School, where she expanded the program to five volleyball teams and built the school’s first on-campus beach courts. Andy also served as the SSAC Beach Volleyball Commissioner, helping grow the sport across Florida before it became officially sanctioned by the FHSAA.
Over the past seven years, she has been the head coach at Springstead High School volleyball leading the team to back-to-back GC8 Conference Championships, earning GC8 Coach of the Year honors twice, securing two regional playoff appearances, and building the first beach courts in Hernando County for a school program.
Beyond the court, Andy is passionate about mentoring student-athletes during one of the most pivotal times in their lives, teaching lessons that reach far beyond volleyball. She’s also a mom of three, balancing coaching, career, and family life with the same energy and purpose she brings to every team she leads.

Brooke has taken her game from right here in our community to the global stage. After continuing her career at Brevard College, she went on to play professionally for over 13 years across 15 different countries, gaining elite experience and a deep understanding of the game at the highest levels.

Her passion for the game naturally carried into coaching. Brooke has trained athletes of all ages and skill levels around the world and has served as a longtime coach with the University of Florida Volleyball Camps since 2006. Her approach goes beyond skill development. She focuses on building confidence, discipline, and a true understanding of the game.

Mya has coached with Elevate Volleyball since 2019, working with athletes ages 12–17 while continuing to grow her own knowledge of athlete development and mentorship.
